Studio pick up is now available!!
If you live in the Royal Oak, Michigan area, we now offer studio pick up. During check out, select the studio pick up shipping option and no shipping will be added to your purchase. Once your tile is complete we will notify you and arrange for a pick up.
We ship all tiles Priority Mail and pack each shipment with care to ensure your tiles arrive to you unharmed. Below are the costs for all U.S purchases. If shipping International, please email us first for a quote.

Orders weighing under one pound = $5.50 to ship (Includes most single and double tile combinations)

Orders weighing between one and two pounds = $8.30 to ship (Includes three tile combinations and some double tile combinations)

Orders weighing over two pounds = Varies by weight, not to exceed $10.30

Orders of $100 or more = Free Shipping
All magnets are shipped first class or priority mail, depending on quantity ordered.
Sending a gift? We will be happy to ship a gift directly to your recipient. We can also include a note card with your personalized message for $1.50.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We hope our products meet your expectations as we hold quality and customer satisfaction in high regard. If any products arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, email us and we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement product.
Since most of our ceramic tiles are personalized, we cannot accept any returns that were not due to our error. While, if for some reason you are not satisfied with one of our generic tiles (NON-personalized), contact us and we provide you with a refund less any shipping charges.
